That old school waffle

How many of you love those waffle sold at your friendly neighbour cake shops? I am a huge fan of such waffles and trust me when I say that I will hunt for the best waffle and even crave for them. 

Thankfully for me, there is one near my place that sells waffles I feel is of my standard. It has the right amount of flavour from the pandan essence. And unlike most waffle shops, it is cooked through and not like those doughy like ones which are chewy when you try to chew on them. The waffles also have that signature crunchy edge which I feel is another important component of a good waffle
